B3 Funds Recovery, Inc. representatives audit government agencies throughout the country, digging through their public records in search of lost, missing, or unclaimed funds belonging to private citizens. If you received a letter, email, or telephone call from our organization, it's because we've located funds that we believe belong to YOU. It is IMPORTANT to note that these funds are only held for a brief period of time, after which the agency responsible for them is permitted to seize them through a process called "escheatment."
We think that private citizens losing their funds to faceless government agencies (a system rooted in feudal 16th century England) is completely unfair and we are DETERMINED to prevent this from happening as much as possible. Unfortunately, most people think that this is "too good to be true" and often these monies are unclaimed. If you will give us the opportunity, we would be delighted to prove you wrong.
THE PROCESS...
Confirm some details
We MUST make sure that we have the correct individual, so we will be asking pertinent details about you in order to ascertain that we do, in fact, have the right person.
Sign important documents
Before we can claim these monies, we will send a notary public to your house, or to a location that you designate appropriate, to sign a few documents so we can move to petition the government for your funds.
Make a claim
Once we have the necessary documents signed, we can make a claim to get the money that you are owed. It's that simple!
How much will it cost me?
We recover your funds on a contingency basis (that means no upfront cost to you). We will NEVER ask you to pay anything out-of-pocket. If we're successful in recovering these funds, only then are we paid a percentage.
Cash your check
Once the funds are claimed by us, we will distribute the money directly to you. We will mail you a check as soon as the funds are available. This can take up to 30 days.
